(doing business as Nomaad Distribution. We offer this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Nomaad Distribution reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance. Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy. You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed. Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include taxes (GST, HST, QST, PST), shipping, handling, or environmental fees. You represent and warrant that (i) the credit card information you provide is true, correct, and complete, and (ii) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including shipping and applicable taxes.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or events outside our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you once we transfer products to the carrier.

Our Services, including all trademarks, brands, images, and product designs are owned by Bugatti; K&B Sport; Contigo, its affiliates or licensors and are protected by Canadian and international patent, copyright and intellectual property laws. You must not reproduce, distribute, or modify any material on the Services without our prior written consent."

SECTION 7 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Nomaad Distribution is powered by Shopify. However, any sales and purchases you make are made directly with Nomaad Distribution. By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Nomaad Distribution.

SECTION 8 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. 

PRODUCT WARRANTY: Products sold on this site are manufactured by Bugatti; K&B Sport; Contigo and are subject to the manufacturer’s limited warranty included with the product. 16937748 Canada inc. acts solely as the retailer. Any warranty claims regarding product defects should be directed to Bugatti; K&B Sport; Contigo in accordance with the documentation provided with your product. 

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED BY THE MANUFACTURER, THE SERVICES AND PRODUCTS DELIVERED TO YOU THROUGH THE SERVICE ARE PROVIDED 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' FOR YOUR USE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO CASE SHALL NOMAAD DISTRIBUTION BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS
OR DATA.

Any disputes arising out of or regarding these Terms of Service shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the district of Province of Quebec.
