Shipping policy

  1. Order Processing Time
    All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends
    and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive
    another notification when your order has shipped. Orders are shipped from our
    authorized distribution center located in Quebec, Edmonton, Ontario and
    Vancouver.
  2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates (Canada Only)
    We offer free standard shipping on orders over $150 CAD. For orders under
    $150 CAD, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at
    checkout. We use reputable carriers (such as [Purolator, Canpar, Canada Post,
    UPS, or FedEx]) to ensure your products arrive safely.
  3. Signature Requirement
    Due to the value of our products, a signature may be required upon delivery to
    ensure you receive your order safely.
  4. Remote Locations
    Please note that shipping to remote areas (including but not limited to Nunavut,
    Yukon, Northwest Territories, and certain non-metropolitan areas) may incur
    additional shipping fees or may not be available. If your order requires special
    shipping arrangements, we will contact you before processing the shipment.
  5. PO Boxes
    We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a valid physical street address for
    shipping to ensure successful delivery.
  6. Order Status and Tracking
    When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us
    which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please
    allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
