Refund policy

  1. Return Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 5 days of receiving your item.
  2. Authorization Required: You must email sales@nomaad-distribution.com to get an RMA (Return
    Merchandise Authorization) number before sending anything back. Unapproved
    returns will be rejected.
  3. Conditions & Shipping:
    1. Change of Mind: "Items must be unopened, sealed, and in their original
      packaging. The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs.
    2. Defective/Damaged Items: "Must include all original components. We
      cover the return shipping costs and will provide a prepaid shipping label.
  4. Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee applies to opened, non-defective items that are approved for return.
  5. Non-Returnable items: The following items cannot be returned: Gift cards and opened personal care items (e.g., drinking bottle), unless they are defective upon arrival.
  6. Refund Processing: Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.
